The new ResPyroMetry is a python-based software tool with advanced functionality for measurements and determination of oxygen consumption and production rates with oxygen sensor solutions from PyroScience. The tool enables three methods of respiration rate measurements:
- Closed Respirometry
- Intermittent Flow Respirometry
- Swim Tunnel Respirometry
