Microfluidic flow-through cells
Connect our microfluidic flow-through cells to your system to monitor the conditions within the fluid. The microfluidic flow-through cells are available for pH (item no. PHFTC-PK7-MF) or oxygen (item no OXFTC-MF) measurement. They have either an integrated pH sensor or oxygen sensor and an integrated temperature sensor, allowing precision pH (oxygen) measurements in aqueous liquids pumped through the cell. They are especially suited for low flow-rates (1μL/min – 1500 μL/min pH; 20µl/min -1500µl/min O2). The integrated temperature sensor allows accurate in-situ temperature compensation of the pH (oxygen) measurement. The flow-through cells can be connected directly to the FireSting® read-out meter with two optical fibers SPFIB-BARE(-CL2). Standard connectors allow easy connection to microfluidic systems.
O2 and pH Sensor Spots optimized for miniaturized/microfluidic systems
Insert our sensor spots into your miniaturized system and get control on conditions inside. Measurement of in-situ oxygen, pH and T measurements in miniaturized devices can be realized (in small order quantity) with customizable oxygen and pH sensor spots and sensor foils optimized for miniaturized/microfluidic systems (item no. OXSPOT-MF-CV or OXFOIL-MF-CV for O2 and PHSPOT-CV or PHFOIL-CV for pH). Those custom versions are available in different shapes and sizes, you can simply choose the format that fits best your application. Simply integrate and read-out contactless through transparent windows in combination with the FirePlate-O2 for parallelized measurements, the FireSting meters or the OEM PICO product family for custom integration into your electronics.
Oxygen Minispot Integration Service
Scale up while getting even smaller with our Oxygen Sensor Integration Service! This service allows for individual positioning of O2 Sensor Minispots in your miniaturized devices according to your application needs, especially for medium to high order quantities. Via this service, O2 Sensor Minispots with a spot diameter of 0.5 or 1 mm can be integrated directly inside miniaturized structures made from different materials, for example glass, COP/COC, PET, PMMA, PC and PS. The O2 Sensor Minispots are biocompatible and compatible to individual chip processing steps (bonding, cleaning and sterilization methods)– learn more and request our catalogue!
