The solvent-resistant oxygen sensor measures oxygen partial pressure in most polar and nonpolar solvents (except fluorinated and some chlorinated hydrocarbons). Short-term applications up to 60 min in pure organic solvents and their mixtures are possible. A list of tested and compatible solvents is included in the data sheet, which is available in the Downloads tab. For repeated short-term measurements the sensor needs to be recalibrated. Standard range. This sensor is specified for a measuring range of 0 to 200 hPa oxygen. For detailed specifications, see the respective data sheet in the Downloads tab.
Fixed fiber. The sensor tip consists of a stainless steel tube 1.5 mm in diameter and 150 in length. The fragile sensor tip protrudes ca. 2mm from a straight-cut needle. The needle tip is carefully filled with glue, minimizing any gas reservoir, which might slow down the response time of the sensor.
Solvent-resistant. For short-term application up to 60 min in specific (non-) polar solvents and solvent mixtures.
ST-connector. This connector is our standard sensor connector for PC-operated and handheld FireSting devices.
Star sensor. This sensor is one of the world's best or only solutions in a certain application area, featuring for example a very fast response time, solvent resistance or a unique sensor format.
Standard stock item. This item is typically in stock and small numbers can be shipped quickly. This does not apply for larger amounts, which ship with standard delivery time.
